Short Version I am an Actor and Puppeteer who I lives in the Portland, Oregon area. I have received training from Southern Oregon University in which I graduated with a Bachelor's Of Fine Arts in Theater. Through the BFA program I was trained in acting, movement, and Fitzmaurice voice work. I received my puppeteer training from self training and working with Puppeteers For Fears. I am also being trained in film acting and scene work through Scott Roger's Studios. I was living in Ashland but now I have moved back to Portland Oregon. I want to continue working theater and film, but I am also looking to work in voice acting and performance capture as well. Long Version: I first started acting when I was in elementary school. I took part in an acting summer camp and it was there that I fell in love with acting. It was because of this experience I knew that acting was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I continued acting in High School. I took all the theatre classes and participated in many of the school productions. I often would perform in community theater as well. I also took part in the regional acting competitions and even competed in state wide competitions. I continued to do theatre in college. I started at Mt. Hood Community College and was in many shows there. I then transferred to study theater at Southern Oregon University. I was then accepted into their Bachelor's Of Fine Art's training program. I trained for two years under Jackie Apodaca for acting, Kris Danford for Voice Work, and James Jesse Peck & James Donlon for movement. I performed in a few of the school shows as well. I have since then graduated with a Bachelor Of Fine Arts in Theatre. Most recently I have worked with Puppeteers for Fears and continued training on puppeteering. I worked on the revival of their original show, Cattle Mutilation: The Musical! and Cthulhu: The Musical! I love acting in theater and film and I love learning from it. I am always looking for opportunities to use my training in the field. If you have any acting opportunities and are interested in my work, please feel free to contact me! |
